Day 01: Hanoi Cooking tour half day (Lunch)
08.00: The Hanoi cooking tour will be start by meeting our guide and take a short cyclo trip through Hanoi’s legendary Old Quarter.
08.20: The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavors of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture – how to bargain and where to buy your goods. The market place is the core of Vietnamese society.
09.00: Transfer to Highway4 Restaurant by taxi
09.15: At Highway4 get kitted out in your chef’s outfit whilst our chef talks you through today’s dishes. Then our chef will lead you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavours.
11.15: Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home.
12.00: Farewell and end services.
